What is a renewed device?
A renewed device is a product that has been meticulously tested, cleaned and, if needed, repaired by an expert technician, always using original components. Each device comes with a Standard warranty that covers any malfunctions, exactly like new, for 12 months and a 10-day return period in case of any defects.
When will I receive my product?
Most of our items are shipped by the next day, however, we promise a delivery time of 1 to 3 working days to be on the safe side. Rest assured, we will keep you updated from the moment of purchase, through WhatsApp and Email, with updates on your order.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You can track your order at any time on our website: Order Tracking. Additionally, once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link from our courier partner with live updates on your order.

What does the 12-month warranty cover?
The 12-month warranty covers all types of defects encountered under normal usage, the same as a warranty for a new device.
What does the 12-month warranty not cover?
If you want to be extra secure, we offer our 2 Years Extended Warranty, which also covers accidental damage and water damage, as well as extending your coverage for an extra year. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, theft, or loss of the device.
How do I claim the warranty?
Directly on our website, you can raise a claim with all the details. In case of a defect, we will take care of picking it up, fixing or replacing it, and sending it right back to you.
